The Teledyne Photometrics Kinetix is a high-speed, high-resolution sCMOS camera engineered for demanding live-cell imaging and high-throughput research. Featuring a large 10-megapixel back-illuminated sCMOS sensor, the Kinetix delivers an expansive field of view, allowing researchers to capture more data per frame without sacrificing sensitivity or speed.


The Kinetix sets a new benchmark in performance, achieving a remarkable 400 fps at full resolution and up to 498 fps with a rolling shutter, making it exceptionally well-suited for capturing dynamic biological processes with high temporal resolution. Its back-illuminated architecture provides a 95% peak quantum efficiency, ensuring superior signal detection in ultra-low-light environments. Designed for seamless system integration, the camera utilizes a high-bandwidth PCIe 3.0 interface, which guarantees rapid data transfer directly to the workstation, minimizing bottlenecks during high-speed acquisition.
