The FC-FISH5 Fluorescence LED Illuminator is a specialized, high-performance light source specifically engineered for FISH-Optimized Imaging. By providing five precisely defined excitation wavelengths, it enables efficient multi-color imaging with clear spectral separation and minimal cross-talk, which is essential for Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization (FISH) applications involving multiple probes.

The system features Five LED peaks tailored to match key fluorophores: DAPI (385 nm), CFP (435 nm), GFP/FITC (470 nm), YFP (555 nm) and RFP/TRITC (630 nm, Cy3/Cy5 compatible). Utilizing Liquid Light Guide Coupling, the FC-FISH5 ensures stable, uniform and Vibration-Free Illumination while offering flexible placement within the laboratory.

For advanced workflow management, the unit includes Integrated White Light Control via the provided control pod, allowing for real-time observation adjustments. It also supports External TTL trigger integration (five individual channel triggers plus one global trigger) and PC control via USB for precise synchronization with automated imaging systems.
