The BioHD-EPS is a high-performance monochrome CMOS camera specifically engineered for demanding scientific imaging applications where maximum photon collection is critical. Unlike color cameras, the BioHD-EPS lacks a color filter array, allowing more photons to reach each pixel. This significantly enhances sensitivity and signal strength, making it an ideal choice for low-light and fluorescence imaging.
Equipped with High Dynamic Range (HDR) capability, the camera captures both low and high-intensity signals within a single image, preserving fine details even in challenging lighting conditions. The monochrome sensor provides a Broad Spectral Response (400nm – 1000nm), enabling efficient detection across both visible and near-infrared wavelengths. Combined with a large 5.86µm X 5.86µm pixel size, the BioHD-EPS maximizes signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) for superior image quality.
Designed for seamless integration, it features a Reliable USB 3.0 interface and is entirely USB-powered, ensuring a streamlined and vibration-free microscopy setup.
